Wednesday, December 18, 2019 the Cape Fear Council of Governments will host Planning and Zoning Modules from the UNC-SOG from 9:00AM to 4:30PM for a cost of $10 per person. Lunch is included. Seating is limited to 25. The program consists of 9 modules from the UNC-SOG Planning and Development Regulation E-Learning Library. 0.75 AICP law credits will be sought for each session (6.75 total) and 0.5 NCAZO credits are approved for each session after lunch (2.5 total).
