The ARPA Grant Program supports small businesses in the Cape Fear region, specifically historically underutilized businesses, including veteran-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, minority owned businesses, and businesses owned by those with a disability. 

This program serves businesses located in Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, and Pender Counties.
