The Committee of the RPO comprised of Municipal and County staff will meet for the final time before submitting its draft final point assignments for transportation projects to NCDOT. The agenda packet for the meeting can be found here (LINK).
This meeting is an extremely important one where we will be recommending to the RTAC the final point assignments for the transportation projects competing in the prioritization process. Included in the packet are (1) a slightly revised prioritization methodology; (2) the final county priority lists; and (3) the draft final project scores and point assignments at both the Regional Impact and Division Needs tiers. Please remember that the RPO is open to public comment on the draft final points assignments as presented in the agenda packet. Commenters can attend the meeting (or the August 12 RTAC meeting) or submit a comment via e-mail, phone or fax to the contact information presented below:
