The Cape Fear Workforce Development Board (CFWDB) is seeking proposals for the competitive selection of contractors to provide Adult, Dislocated Worker, and One-Stop Operator services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I, Public Law 113-128. These services will be delivered in Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, and Pender counties. Prospective bidders must submit an Intent to Bid form by Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. The Intent to Bid form and full Request for Proposals (RFP) document can be accessed using the button below. A bidders’ conference for Program Operators will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All proposals must be submitted by Monday, May 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
