The Cape Fear Council of Governments is looking for an NCDOT-prequalified consultant to develop a Feasibility Study to determine the potential to construct the East Coast Greenway from the Nelva R. Albury Recreation Area in Surf City (at the intersection of NC 210 and Broadway Street) to the intersection of US 17 and SR 1565 (Country Club Drive) in Pender County. The RFLOI can be viewed HERE. A map of the potential study area can be seen HERE. Proposals are due August 9, 2021, at 5:00 PM.
